General Conditions

The following terms and conditions – and subsequent amendments – apply to all our services available online via any PC device, mobile email or telephone. By accessing our website, using any of the applications available through any platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and/or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions set out below (including the Privacy Policy). These pages, their content, their structure and the online reservation service provided and through this website are the property of Tuscany Luxury Transfers and governed by the terms and conditions described below.

Purpose of the service
Through this website we provide an online platform that allows users to select our tourist offers, contact us via the appropriate links or request forms for a quote and complete the reservation. In performing our services, we disclose information that has been provided to us by third parties. Our services are available only for personal and non-commercial use. Therefore, you are not allowed to resell, use, copy, deep-link, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any type of commercial or competitive activity.

Privacy
Cortona Tours & Driver uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Except as required by law by the competent jurisdiction, and except for the transmission to the tourist facilities of your name, your e-mail – the purpose of which is to complete the reservation for the selected services – does not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent.

Payments
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. Balance at the end of the service.
Cancellation Policy
By making a reservation with us, you agree and approve the following cancellation policy:
50% of the amount retained if the cancellation is received between 7 and 2 days before arrival
100% of the amount retained if the cancellation is received 1 day before the arrival date or in case of no-show.

Reservations can be cancelled up to 8 days before the date of the scheduled services without penalty. For cancellations after this date, the fee will not be refunded.

Reservation Changes
If you wish to review, change or cancel your reservation, access your confirmation email and follow the instructions therein.
Further Correspondence
By making a reservation with Cortona Tour & Driver, you agree to receive communications from Cortona Tours & Driver that will keep you informed of your reservation and any news regarding your vacation.

Exclusion of liability
Subject to the limitations and details provided in the cases set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we will only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or that we will incur, due to a failure to fulfill our obligations in relation to the services that we should fulfill. Compensation can reach up to the total cost of your booking as set out in the email confirmation (or for an event or series of connected events). Civil and General Liability stipulated with Allianz Assicurazioni pursuant to art. 13 of the Tuscany Region Law no. 16/94 and subsequent amendments and additions and with the maximum limits established and approved by the Tuscany Regional Council with resolution no. 5283 of 30/05/94 and by L.R. 42/00.
